What you share with us

When you place an order, the store receives your name, any email address you provide, phone number, order items, and payment status. Delivery orders also include the address you provide. Pickup orders do not require a delivery address.

If you create an account, your name, mobile number, and protected sign-in information are stored for authentication. Registration and password recovery send your mobile number and a verification message to Rizcale's SMS service. Codes expire after 10 minutes; temporary verification records are removed within a day. Addresses saved to your account are optional. Messages sent through store chat are saved with their conversation so staff can assist you. Product reviews store your star rating and comment and display them publicly with your first name. You can update your review from the product page.

Why the store uses it

Your information is used to operate your account, prepare and deliver orders, verify payments, answer questions, and maintain sales and inventory records. Staff access is limited by their assigned responsibilities in the store.

Delivery and payment providers receive the information needed to carry out their part of your order. Card or wallet payment details are entered with PayMongo when you choose that payment option. For QR payment, the store receives your uploaded payment receipt and reference number so the owner can verify payment. Proof images are available through authorized order access and retained with transaction records.

What stays in your browser

The store uses cookies for sign-in and request security. Your shopping bag and saved favorites are kept in browser storage as product references. Guest chat access and saved guest order links also use browser storage.

A guest order link contains a private access token. Anyone who has that complete link can view the order. On a shared device, remove saved links from My orders and sign out after use. Clearing site data removes browser shortcuts and saved shopping preferences; it does not cancel an order or erase the store's order records.

Your choices

You can check out as a guest, manage saved addresses in My account, and download your account information or review account closure in personal data settings.

Removing an address does not change the delivery details already recorded on an order. Closing a customer account removes its sign-in, saved addresses, product reviews, and account chat conversations. Order, payment, and inventory records remain for fulfillment and store records, disconnected from the deleted sign-in. Account closure does not cancel or refund orders.

If you previously worked for the store, your messages in other customers' conversations remain with an anonymized sender name. Guest purchases and conversations are not automatically linked to an account; contact the store team for help reviewing or correcting those records.
